10K race this morning!

God I need to wake up. It's 7am now and I have a local 10k race at 09:30am. Hoping for a fast time though as I've been training hard recently and been very sensible and had two days total rest so my legs aren't tired. The last 10k race I did a few weeks ago my legs felt tired and heavy after about 1k so I knew I had overdone it! Hoping for around 38 minutes. And my weight is perfect today - 9st 10lbs.
