Hi, looking forward (with some trepidation) to a new piece of fitness equipment arriving today - the ISOGYM Pro Ab Roller / Exercise Wheel. I've never had one of these before but I had a brief try with a friend's at Christmas and my abs are still aching - so I figure it must be good! Perfect timing as today is a non-running 'rest day' so as long as Amazon come up with the goods I'll give it a whirl. Full review to follow on my new re-vamped review pages. Alessia xxx
