Weekly Weight Tracker for W/C 12th February 2024
Great week. Almost hit my target weight this week (135lbs). I think reducing caffeine definitely helped, giving me more energy, but, as always, it's really down to what you eat. How much and what food. Determined that I'll hit my target, at least once this week. And finished with a great 10k race in 38:23. Still slower than pre-COVID but much. much better. Keep Aiming High!
