Introducing Alessia's Cupboard of Shame!
A not-too serious look at some of the food we eat, and some we should definitely not be eating. I'll be gradually compiling my own rogues gallery, ranking the of the best and worst foods, and many in-between, based on the newly-invested 'Alessia Crap Index'.
The 'Alessia Crap Index' is simply calculated as -
% fat per 100g + % sugar per 100g = Alessia's Crap Index
on the basis that they are the two things to avoid if you want to control your weight.
So, without further ado, here's the first ever Index, with two of the most extreme examples you are ever likely to find. These will probably book-end the index for some time unless I find better or worse on my travels.
