Weekly Weight Tracker w/e 25/06

Great week, ended exactly on current target, largely thanks to two consecutive 20+k runs on Saturday and Sunday. 21k Saturday, 24k Sunday. And yes, my feet are sore! Going to have a rest day today then another 20 k Tuesday morning.
I'm keeping my target weight for the next week at 138lbs. I need to be consistent at that target before thinking about maybe lowering by a pound or two. I know from experience that if I drop too quickly I'll just rebound much higher with a few binge days.
