Weekly Weight Tracker

Actually very pleased with this week. Despite still being over target I feel in super good shape. Due to running injury I've been doing more general stretching, toning and strength exercises and it's really having a great effect. Just need to keep those exercises up when back to the running - always a challenge to fit them in but well worth it. Put on a little bit of muscle which probably explains the weight not dropping as much as expected - perfect tbh.
